How Does the Power Plate Work?

High Speed Training

While training on the Power-Plate virtually 100% of all the muscle fibres in all muscle groups are recruited. The maximum strength and stamina will improve noticeably. Only 10 minutes on the Power-Plate will provide you with the results comparable to those of a lengthy, strenuous conventional training sessions.

Local Fat Burning

Power-Plate training will enhance your metabolism, resulting in an increase in fat burning, reducing the subcutaneous layers of fat. Special massage exercises will also target specific problem areas.
