Approximately three and a half hour's treatment time, treatments included in this package are the following:

Free Treatment if booked within February and March worth £15.00. Choose from the Hand Treatment OR Foot Treatment.

Hand or Foot treatment includes full exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and to aid circulation of the hand or foot, Mask is then applied to leave skin feeling soft to the touch and a relaxing massage to leave your hands or feet on cloud 9.

Description of your day and treatments

On arrival you will be welcomed with light refreshments to help you unwind. Robes, towels and slippers are provided for your own comfort. During the day you have full use of spa wet facilities and two course light lunch.

Full body massage including hot stone back massage - A full body brushing exfoliation is carried out to help remove dead skin cells and to gain circulations. Oil or cream is then selected which is tailored to your skin needs during a full body massage. Then to help leave your tension behind a hot stone back massage is carried out with warm basalt stone. This allows the heat to penetrate deep into your muscles.

Floatation Session - This treatment is used to help relax and float your worries and stress away. While floating on water music is played to help you relax and send you to a state of deep relaxation. To complete the session waves are produced to slowly awaken you. Ideal for clients who suffer from stress.

Scalp, Face, Neck and Shoulder Massage and Prescription facial skin treatment - This treatment is signature to your skin needs. It works on soothing any muscle strain and helps relax your muscle in your upper body. While leaving your skin feeling toned and glorious.
